Returns

At this moment returns are 14 days from the moment of receiving items.

It is your responsibility to pay for shipping back. I recommend keeping shipping materials till you are 100% sure you love the artwork.

The item must be shipped well packaged and be undamaged or altered. Unless it was damaged during the shipment.

~If you have any questions prior to the shipment, please ask. I can send you video or images if needed. Your screen might show colors slightly differently, so a slight difference in colors is very possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 5 business days or faster after the artwork is received back. The refund will be made to the same payment account from where is received. The shipping cost will be withheld out of the total sum. You will see the shipping cost on the package.

Damage

If the package came to you damaged, please take a video or pictures of the package outside and inside, and unpack it carefully.

This is needed for insurance to kick in and for a refund to you in case if you want to return it.
